The ALG Media Group Return Policy:
Monthly Service Subscriptions:
Once paid, you have 3 days to cancel for a full refund, as long as no services by ALG Media Group have been rendered within those 3 days. If you cancel after ALG Media Group has rendered service OR after 3 days, you will not receive a refund and your service will continue until the end of the service month and you will no longer be billed automatically every month.
Yearly Website Subscriptions:
We automatically issue a full refund when you cancel an annual website subscription within the subscription's first 14 days. We don't offer refunds for annual plans after 14 days following the first payment.
Design Services
All design services, (website, logo, business card, etc.) require a 50% down payment before services are rendered. Upon completion, you either accept the finished product as sufficient and pay the remaining balance, or you do not accept the finished product. If you are not satisfied with the finished product, or any revisions that were done, you will receive a 100% refund of the initial down payment. Once a product has been accepted and the remaining balance has been paid, we do not accept refunds.
Audio/Video Services
All Audio/Video services require a 50% down payment before services are rendered. Upon completion, you either accept the finished product as sufficient and pay the remaining balance, or you do not accept the finished product. If you are not satisfied with the finished product, or any revisions that were done, you will receive a 100% refund for the initial down payment. Once a final product has been accepted and the remaining balance has been paid, we do not accept refunds.
